Smart City
Incident reporting for city services. Citizens report problems, operators assign them, technicians fix them, and unconfirmed fixes close themselves after seven days.

Incident reporting for city services, built with teammates during the course. Citizens report problems with photos, operators triage and assign them to the right technician, technicians resolve them with evidence, and citizens confirm or reject the fix.
What it does
- Four roles with their own screens: citizen, operator, technician and admin.
- A status workflow: new, in progress, resolved, closed, with each change recorded.
- Technician matching by category, from plumbers to traffic-light technicians, with current workload shown.
- Photo evidence before and after the fix.
- Auto-closing: a fix the citizen hasn't confirmed closes itself after seven days.
